I'm a database engineer who has spent the last year building backend systems for real, growing products. That said, my interest doesn't stop at databases — I like understanding how a business or a system works end to end, and I enjoy picking up new tools and ways of thinking, whether that's within tech or in a completely different domain.

Algorithm Generation

Built the backend database for an internal, Jira-style tracking tool the team uses to plan and manage development work — role-based permissions, real-time ticket status (In Queue, WIP, Critical), and a subtask-promotion feature that turns subtasks into their own trackable tickets while staying in sync with the parent.
Handled search, filtering, and reporting for the same tool, keeping it fast to query as ticket volume grew.
Designed the database architecture behind Spordium, a recruitment and tournaments platform for amateur and semi-professional athletes — athlete profiles, the recruiter's post editor, live scoring, and the end-to-end recruitment and tournament-tracking flow, including recruiter subscriptions, registration, and post interactions.
Designed a database for an organizational attendance system — organizations, departments, employee organograms, and reporting over detailed historical attendance data.
Kept things running day to day alongside project work: managing server environments with Nginx, troubleshooting issues, and making sure BI tools like Metabase stayed connected.
